I can honour what happened without carrying it forever.
Prayers and gentle rituals of release: loosening the grip of resentment, exhaustion, clutter of mind and old stories. Release here is symbolic and contemplative — a turning-over of what we cannot carry alone — never a claim to purge illness or erase consequence.
Come as you are

Today's prayer
EDITOriginal compositionMODModern interpretationSpirit of simplicity, who makes room where we had given up on space,
my inner rooms are full: unfinished conversations, hoarded grievances, plans stacked against the walls. I do not ask for a new house; I ask for one cleared corner. Help me sort honestly — what to keep, what to mend, what to give away, what to mourn and discard. Teach me that release is not betrayal: I can honour what a thing meant without keeping it forever. One clear corner, Creator. From there, we will tidy the rest together, in our own time.
Make in me one clear, quiet space, and let it grow. Amen.
I can honour what happened without carrying it forever.
What is finished is allowed to be finished.
I release what was never mine, with blessing and without drama.
What are you rehearsing in your mind that is ready to have its final performance?
If you could return one burden to its rightful owner, what would it be?
What did today bring that does not need to come with you into tomorrow?
