The Kind Boundary
Before you begin
Stand or sit tall. Bring to mind one place in your life where your edges have gone blurry.
The practice, step by step — read it all first if you like
Own your space
Feel the space immediately around your body as yours — a respectful arm's length in every direction.
Draw the circle
Imagine a clear, kind circle at that edge: permeable to love, closed to harm.
Practise the no
Silently say: what is mine, I will tend; what is not, I release. Feel the truth of it.
Seal with breath
Take three full breaths, letting the boundary feel calm rather than hard.
Accessibility
All imagery optional; the practice works through posture and words alone.
How long do you have?
Or read through it quietly above, at your own pace.
